If you are not absolutely satisfied with your item(s) simply send them back to us for a store credit or merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.  Kala Roopa accepts exchanges only on regular priced, non-custom items/orders (a custom item/order is anything that has been made or ordered specially for you) and non-lay-away.

When shipping please insure the package for the full value of the return.  We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.  For returns within the US, all items must be returned using a shipper that will pay damages for items lost or damaged in shipping, again be sure to confirm such before sending.  We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
