If you are not absolutely satisfied with your item(s), simply send them back to us for a store credit or merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Kala Roopa accepts exchanges only on regular-priced, non-custom items/orders (a custom item/order is anything that has been made or ordered specially for you) and non-lay-away items.
When shipping, please insure the package for the full value of the return. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.
